We practice "Radical Credibility." We use rare natural extracts (like Oud and Florals) for soul and depth, combined with high-grade synthetic molecules for safety, stability, and performance. This hybrid approach is the gold standard in niche perfumery.
Why can’t I smell the perfume on myself after a while? ➜
This is Olfactory Fatigue. Your brain begins to ignore a constant scent to protect your senses. Rest assured, those around you will still experience your sillage. To "reset" your nose, avoid spraying directly under your chin; try the back of the neck or wrists instead.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product? ➜
We maintain a high-status quality check, but if your package is tampered with, we require a 360-degree unboxing video (starting from the sealed courier bag). This allows us to instantly approve a replacement without further questions. Reports must be made within 48 hours of delivery
How do I know my product is authentic? ➜
Every bottle features a batch code on the base. We only sell through our official website and authorized flagship stores. We do not sell through unverified third-party discount sites.
How should I store my LOSTNOTE bottle? ➜
To preserve the integrity of the 25% oil concentration, store your bottle in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperature shifts (like a bathroom). Heat and light are the enemies of fine fragrance.
Is it safe for sensitive skin? ➜
We follow strict IFRA (International Fragrance Association) guidelines. However, due to the high concentration of natural oils, we always recommend a "patch test" on your inner wrist before full application.
